- The back cover calls "Musical Pipe" "Magical Pipe".
- Just like the DVD, the back cover has "Musical Pipe" as the second episode and "Desert Island" as the last episode, but are both flip-flopped.
- The UK version of "Building Blocks" has the South Africa & Japan intro, while the version here has the Spain & USA intro. This may be because the intro to the episode "Musical Pipe" has the Boohball flying to South Africa.
- The DVD version features an extra Look What I Can Do segment called Your Child Can Be a Star!, which features of the winners of a Boohbah sweepstakes contest.
- This is the last Boohbah home video released in North America to have a VHS copy released alongside the DVD version.
